Brand Identity for Lespri Spa Services
Step 1: Understanding the problem
Several months into starting her business, Rachelle was getting local press and making connections. But her website, lesprimobilespa.com, wasn't turning that new traffic into leads. A full-time account manager perfecting her business plan on the weekends, Rachelle didn't have the time or energy to figure out what was wrong.
We identified some key issues:
- The logo did not reflect the company's professionalism and elegance.
- The text-heavy site made navigation and scanning cumbersome.
- The site design and wording felt generic, making it difficult for visitors to remember, understand at a glance, or engage with emotionally.
STEP 2: BRAND PROFILE
The first task in a rebrand process is to understand what makes the business unique. After conducting research and several in-depth interviews, we discovered that Rachelle's commitment to quality, expertise in wellness, and experience in customer service for luxury brands made her services stand out. We also identified her ideal customers—event organizers, especially in beauty and retail brands—so she could target her marketing efforts more effectively.
Based on these discoveries, Lespri’s Brand Profile emphasizes Rachelle’s ability to seamlessly manage all the moving parts of a complex service and collect products and service providers with a discerning eye. That's why we nicknamed her "The Curator"!
Step 3: visual Re-Design
Lespri needed an elegant look & feel that captured the ease of working with her and the top-notch quality of her products and services. Inspired by her Haitian roots and the refreshing properties of water, the brand's visual identity remained true to Rachelle's identity and vision.
We worked with Rachelle on a Pinterest board that captured Lespri's visual identity.
Lespri Spa Services' logo, color scheme, and fonts exude serenity, simplicity, and luxury. We chose language geared toward Lespri’s professional but fun-loving target market. Her new website, business cards, and social media profiles now reflect this same elegant brand identity, positioning Rachelle to stand out from both consumer and more traditionally professional brands.
Step 4: Creating marketing materials
Because Lespri does live events and pitches to businesses, Rachelle needed some extra designs to support her business. We created a banner design and templates for Lespri’s stationery and proposals for her to use for years to come. Inspired by the new logo and quality of her brand, Rachelle even splurged on updating her t-shirt uniform to polos!
Since working with us, Rachelle has regularly received inquiries through her website. Hear the story in Rachelle’s own words.
